About Caps
1. We offer three cap styles: Glossy, Matte, and Ribbed, providing different options to match your brand design and packaging needs.
Aluminum foil liners and PTFE liners are the most commonly selected options by our customers.
2. Heat induction foil liners provide excellent sealing and moisture protection, making them ideal for products that require a strong moisture barrier and leak prevention.
PTFE liners offer excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for concentrates, essential oils, and other products with higher chemical-resistance requirements.
3. Cap colors can be customized to match your brand requirements, including different colors and surface finishes. The MOQ for custom colors is 10,000 pcs per color.

1. Professional Jar Cleaning Service
Since 2025, our factory has introduced a professional ultrasonic washing and drying line for glass jars. This service is available for customers who require pre-cleaned packaging. After cleaning and drying, the jars are ready for filling upon arrival, helping reduce additional cleaning steps and improve production efficiency.
2. Clean & Protective Packaging
All of our concentrate jars are packed with plastic trays + cartons + dust-proof bags. The plastic trays help protect the jars from contact and damage during transportation, while the dust-proof bags help keep the products clean and hygienic during shipping and storage.

Additional Packaging Services
In addition to glass jars and caps, we offer custom boxes, labels, and labeling services to help simplify your packaging and sourcing process.
1. Custom Boxes
We can produce custom boxes based on your product dimensions, artwork, and branding requirements. Our standard option is 350gsm white paperboard, with a variety of printing and finishing options available, including full-color printing, Pantone color printing, and hot foil stamping.
2. Custom Labels
Labels can be produced based on your artwork and specifications. We can customize the size, material, colors, and finishes to fit your jars and caps.
3. Label Application Service
We can also apply labels before shipment, helping reduce additional packaging work after the products arrive. For concentrate jars, labels are typically applied to the top of the cap, but other placements are available upon request.
BOPP is the most commonly used label material, while other materials are also available. Printing and finishing options include CMYK, Pantone colors, hot foil stamping, and other custom finishes.
