Q. Do you offer free samples, how can we get the samples?
A. Yes, we are glad to offer the free samples to you, you only need to pay the postage. We can ship the samples to you by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc.
Q. What products can you provide?
A. We specialize in customizing a wide range of glass products, include cannabis glass packaging, glass candle jars, perfume bottles , diffuser bottles glass juice bottles , glass honey jars , glass mason jars , among them, cannabis glass packaging is our main product.
Q. What if i don’t find the product i’m looking for in your catalog?
A. If you can’t find the product in our catalog please send us a short description and we will help you realize your project.
Q. What are the minimum quantities to place an order?
A. The minimum quantity is one pallet. Although most items are stored in high volume, your annual forecast is important in order for us to meet your needs adequately.
Q. What are your terms of payment?
A. T/T30% as deposit, 70% before delivery, products and packaging video will be showed you before balance payment.
Q. What services can you provide?
A. 1) Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB/CIF/CRF/DDU/DDP;
2) Accepted Payment Currency: USD;
3) Accepted Payment Type: T/T in advanced;
4) Provide customization service, like customize style/size/color/logo/packaging
Q. Can you make customized products?
A. Yes, we mainly make customized glass packaging and caps. We develop and produce them based on drawings or samples provided by customers.
Q. Do you offer the free samples,how can we get the samples?
A. Yes,we are glad to offer the free samples to you and we accept the trial order for your test our product quality. But the shipping cost should be paid by buyer.
Q. How do we order with your Company?
A. The process for ordering with our Company is to do the following:
1) Contact Sales person or leave us message from website , let them know which products and quantities you are interested in; send the Request For Quote (RFQ).
2) Our packaging team to Quote you a price and ETA (delivery time).
3) Upon agreeing on a price and delivery time, you will submit a P. O.
4) Our packaging team will Invoice you and deliver the products.
5) The terms are 20/40 – upon order / production.
Q. How can you guarantee quality?
A. We will make samples before mass production , and after sample approved, we will begin quantity production. Doing 100% inspection during production , then random inspection before packing.

Q. What customization service could you provide?
A. 1) Customize shape and size of glass packaging/CR caps
2) Customize color of glass packaging/CR caps
3) Customize artwork on both glass packaging and caps
4) Customize cartons by your requested qty in each case.
Q. Could you emboss my logo on glass packaging?
A. Yes, we are happy to emboss/deboss your logo on both glass packaging and plastic/metal caps. Need make new molds which charge extra. Molds cost vary from product to product, more details, contact us.

A. 1) Share us your expected design, we will quote you by your target qty.
